I paid $24.00 for Merlin Pro Annual Subscription, found the fair-use allowance unsuitable after minimal use and requested cancellation and a full refund within about two hours. As of 13 October 2026, I had received no response, cancellation confirmation or refund. My rating is 1 out of 5 stars.
